WHAT IS A SERVICE UNIT?

Salvation Army Service Units are a network of volunteers throughout Massachusetts that provide emergency assistance with essential needs to tens of thousands of individuals and families in need. There are more than 220 active service units throughout Massachusetts. Impact Family Church serves the town of Dighton.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

We provide emergency financial assistance to individuals and families in financial crisis.  Assistance may be provided for the following:

• Food
• Clothing
• Furniture
• Rent
• Utilities

Seasonal assistance also includes summer camp for children at The Salvation Army’s Camp Wonderland, Back-to-School Distributions that offer backpacks and supplies, and even Christmas food baskets and gifts for children.
